SH!FTing gender stereotypes

Around 30 per cent of advertising industry staffers still hesitate to call out sexist stereotypes.

That’s according to recent research by ShEqual — the first coordinated effort in Australia to promote women’s equality and tackle the drivers of gendered violence in advertising.

Clearly, we have a long way to go — but change is underway. Icon recently partnered with ShEqual to host conversations that will effect positive change.
