The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) is an independent agency established to improve the quality and safety of supports and services offered through the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Icon was appointed to co-design and redevelop the commission’s website by improving the navigation and content structure to make it more intuitive and accessible.
The commission’s website has diverse groups of users — each with specific needs. NDIS participants require an easy way to find and review provider information, understand their rights and make complaints.
The final outcome is a far more accessible and user-friendly NDIS Commission website made possible through a co-design model and deep engagement with the client and its stakeholder communities.
