Icon’s digital team recently launched the Air and Space Power Centre website for the Royal Australian Air Force.
Built on GovCMS SaaS, the new website provides practical and effective analysis and advice on the strategic development of air and space power to the Chief of Air Force, the Royal Australian Air Force and its partners.
Visitors can access relevant news and video, upcoming events, research opportunities, and relevant publications. They are also encouraged to contribute blog articles that relate to air and space power, submit research proposals, run seminars and submit general content ideas. This crowdsourced approach will ensure content remains fresh, relevant and is sourced from a wide range of contributors.
The launch comes off the back of Icon’s extensive experience developing user-centred communications channels for Air Force’s ‘The Runway’ and 2021 Centenary websites, plus Army’s ‘The Forge’ website rebuild. We’ve also been busy delivering the Department of Defence’s new web estate.
