After a year of unprecedented growth, investing in an in-house production team - Icon Production Services - was a natural step for the agency. Providing end-to-end production for broadcast, branded content, animation and photography allows us to deliver a range of work in a highly efficient and responsive way.

Sam Cairns / Production Manager and Producer
Sam heads up the Production team at Icon Agency, managing the wide range of projects, the team and occasionally even a shoot or two. Regardless of the medium or media, his drive has always been the same; to deliver beautiful and effective work that has a positive impact.

Pat Crock / Video Content Specialist
Pat is a multi-talented creative, with a deep understanding of all aspects of filmmaking, from writing to directing and editing. Working closely with brands and marketers, he develops content that is as effective as it is eye-catching, and that is highly accessible and shareable across all platforms. He has a breadth of experience that has shaped his unique approach to filmmaking.

Dyllan Corbett / Director and Cinematographer
Following a Master of Film and TV, Dyllan has experienced every role across a range of productions; from humble beginnings as a Production Runner on large TVC’s, to Directing his own spots.
He is an accomplished Cinematographer with work premiered at prestigious film festivals around the world.

Darby Kelly / Production Assistant
Darby began her time at Icon Agency as an intern in the Public Relations team, and throughout her time at Icon she has transitioned into the content team to assist with production shoots and to add a new dimension to her knowledge of Agency life.
