Designing a sophisticated brand identity and website for Data Wealth Analytics
Overview
In 2021, Icon was tasked with developing a compelling visual brand identity and website for finance firm Data Wealth Analytics (DWA), to help build presence and authority in the investment sector.
Background
Data Wealth Analytics provides investment research and statistical analysis to an audience of professional investors.
Due to the highly sophisticated nature of the target audience, a visual identity that represented knowledge and experience was critical.
Outcome
Logo development
Our branding strategy for DWA is centred on simplicity and minimalism, devoid of flashy elements or gimmicks. The focal point is an abstract gem-like shape, blending cut gem aesthetics to symbolise wealth and incorporating a graph-like quality to represent the data and analytics.
Two of the shapes are connected to signify the strong relationship between DWA and their clients, reminiscent of a partnership. To exude trust and stability, we opted for a strong navy blue colour, a common choice in the financial sector.
Website
Using the logo the creative team produced, the digital team went on to design and build a simple yet effective one-page site for DWA, promoting who they are and the services they offer their clients.
Visitors to the website can gain clear insight into DWA's work ethos and their capacity to build trusted partnerships, as well as the ability to reach out and learn more via the contact form, opening up potential opportunities for DWA to acquire new clients.
Results
The new website was launched, and the logo was rolled out across company assets, lifting the visual appeal of the brand.
